Corona Virus Notice

Dear Key Church,
Since there are great concerns about the coronavirus (COVID 19), and we are determined to do our best as the leadership team to keep you safe. We must be reminded that we are the Lord’s spiritual soldiers engaged in spiritual warfare; therefore, we should never be afraid. Fear and faith cannot occupy the same space. Philippians 4:6 tells us not to be anxious about anything, but to pray. Let’s continue to come together to worship God and to pray, but we will still use wisdom.
The recommendation is that there should not be large group gatherings above 10 people, therefore Sunday Service will be online @ 10:00 am until September 6th, 2020.  As we return to live services, we ask that you review Covid-19 Notices located  under the Covid-19 Notices tab. Thank you for your faithfulness to the Key and we ask that you continue to be faithful during this challenging season. Champions thrive during challenging situations.

Pastor and First Lady Halliday
The Key is a place where people can meet Jesus, believers can engage each other and collectively we can improve the community. Everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have a greater encounter with Christ, discover their gifts, and use those gifts to glorify Him.

At The Key we will use the word of God to defeat sinful challenges and develop spiritual champions. Jesus died to defeat your sinful challenges and He was raised from the dead to develop you into a spiritual champion. Join us for our Sunday services!
9:00am (Until Further Notice)

At The Key you will experience expository preaching.  The methodology of expository preaching involves a comprehensive explanation of the scripture. It presents the meaning and intent of biblical text, providing examples to make the passage clear and understandable. The word expository is related to the word “expose”. An expository preacher’s goal is simply to expose the meaning of the Bible, verse by verse. Expository preaching is different from textual and topical preaching. In both topical and textual sermons the Bible passage is used as a supportive material for the topic. In expository sermons, the Bible passage is the topic, and support matters are used to explain and clarify it.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. "
(Hebrews 10: 24-25, NIV)
